We use a proven process: professional marketing, pre-screening, showings, and thorough applications. We conduct credit checks, as well as verify income, to ensure the best possible fit for your property.
Rent is collected online through a secure AppFolio portal. If tenants are late, we enforce lease terms consistently, issue notices as required, and manage the process from reminder to resolution, keeping you compliant with California law.
We respond quickly and cost-effectively with a large network of vendors, many of which we have worked with for over 10 years. We respond quickly to tenant requests. We prioritize urgent issues, schedule routine upkeep, and keep you informed. Landlords can set expense limits so you stay in control of larger costs.
Our fees are competitive and based on the monthly rent and services provided. We charge a small percentage of collected rent plus leasing fees when we place a new tenant and a maintenance markup. We’ll give you a transparent quote upfront—no hidden charges.
