JRealty Insurance Requirement

JRealty requires that all properties have the following insurance: 

• Landlord Liability must meet or exceed $1,000,000 (an umbrella policy can be combined if necessary) 

• Quality Development Corp dba JRealty must be named on the policy as 'additional insured' (not 'additional interest')
