How can I submit a maintenance request?

There are three ways current Tenants can submit a maintenance request:

  • via email: maintenance @ jrealty dot org
  • via online portal: https://www.jrealty.online/
    • (note you cannot self-register for this service.  Your account has to be set up for the portal to work)  
  • via phone: 424-732-3980

Note our regular maintenance hours are Mon through Fri from 9 am to 5 pm unless holiday. We have an on-call duty agent available after hours for emergencies.
